Hi everyone! I'm Mike. This is my friend John.
Today we talked about three key points for building a perfect body shape. These three points are very good, but many people tend to ignore them. As a result, they exercised muscles all over their body, and in the end they were dissatisfied with their bodies. This has little to do with which stage of fitness you have reached. So, it’s best to understand this from the beginning.
First point: We must learn to contract muscles, not just lift weights.
Some people tend to only care about how much they lift (just lift it up and then put it down), and the weight of weight training is not about moving the weight, but how to flex and stretch the muscles, exercise, and promote muscle growth. We’re not trying to make your whole body muscles grow, but we’re trying to make the muscles you exercise stronger. So we have to find ways to make the muscles contract, and don’t always think about how much we lifted.
You can continue to lift weights, but learn to contract your muscles. The most important thing in fitness is to practice the correct posture, because if the posture is in place, you can help you contract your muscles through exercise movements. If your form is wrong, it's hard to hit the right muscle groups. In this way, you are just moving weights. If you are a novice and the exercise is ineffective, you must be training the wrong muscles.
This is why some people look weird even though they have strong muscles. You may think it is genetic, but in fact it is just that you have not practiced the right posture and used the right muscles.
So be sure to say that the muscles you want to exercise are moving. If you don’t feel this way, there are two ways:
First, re-formulate your fitness plan. Maybe your plan is a little inappropriate.
The second is to reduce weight.
